Job Description
- Lead the creative team in designing visual concepts for digital marketing campaigns, print media, and branding.
- Oversee the creative process, including graphic design, motion design, and photography, ensuring outputs align with the project vision.
- Collaborate with marketing teams, copywriters, and clients to develop creative strategies that align with business objectives.
- Provide visual direction and ensure all design materials are consistent with brand identity and quality standards.
- Review and offer constructive feedback on design team work to improve the overall quality of deliverables.
- Provide creative solutions for complex design challenges, ensuring projects are completed on time.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, creative technologies, and industry innovations.
- Manage the creative team’s budget and resources to ensure project efficiency.
- Assist in presenting creative concepts to clients and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in design or other creative roles, with leadership experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual and executional design skills.Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); proficiency in motion graphics software is a plus.
- Highly creative with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly convey creative ideas to teams and clients.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a creative team.
- Knowledge of branding principles and digital marketing strategies.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Understanding of global design trends and their practical application in marketing campaigns.
