Job Description
- Create and develop creative content for various digital platforms, including social media, blogs, websites, and email marketing campaigns.
- Design content ideas that are relevant to current trends to boost audience engagement.
- Manage the content calendar and ensure timely publication of all posts.
- Write engaging text or captions that align with the brand’s tone of voice.
- Capture photos, record videos, or conduct live streaming to support digital campaigns.
- Edit videos and images to enhance the quality of visual content.
- Analyze content performance using platform analytics to identify effective strategies.
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and client teams to ensure content aligns with branding and marketing objectives.
- Ensure all content created is in line with the brand’s identity and values.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and social media platforms.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Content Creator or in a related field (Fresh graduates with a strong creative portfolio are also encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Basic photo/video editing skills using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or CapCut.Creative, innovative, and able to generate engaging and compelling content ideas.
- Strong storytelling abilities through text, images, and video.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Understanding of social media algorithms and content optimization strategies.
- Photography or videography skills are a plus.
