Job Description
- Develop visual concepts in line with brand direction and client marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging designs that align with project briefs.
- Produce visual elements such as characters, icons, UI elements, and other illustration assets.
- Adapt designs based on feedback from internal teams or clients.
- Optimize designs for use across various digital platforms.
- Stay updated on design trends to ensure visual work remains relevant and innovative.
- Organize project files neatly for easy access and editing.
- Provide design variations and creative ideas for ongoing projects.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of designs in every project.
Qualifications
- Minimum D3/S1 education in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience as a 2D Artist or in a similar position (fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are also considered).
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or Procreate.
- Highly creative with strong visual storytelling skills.
- Understanding of graphic design principles, such as layout, color theory, and typography.
- Strong communication skills to effectively present ideas and accept constructive feedback.
- Able to work with tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
- A portfolio that showcases skills and a unique artistic style.
- Experience in creating illustrations for various digital platforms is a plus.
- Eagerness to continuously learn and grow in the field of design.
