Job Description
- Create animation and motion graphics content for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and advertisements.
- Develop creative motion graphics concepts that align with brand identity and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the creative team, including graphic designers, copywriters, and marketing teams, to produce engaging and effective content.
- Edit videos with professional animation touches to enhance visual quality.
- Create storyboards or mood boards to ensure the animation’s narrative aligns with the client’s brief.
- Apply visual effects, transitions, and animation elements that reflect current trends.
- Manage projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Ensure the final product is of high quality and adheres to the company or client’s branding standards.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in animation, tools, and motion design technologies.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a Motion Designer (fresh graduates with a strong portfolio will also be considered).
- Proficiency in motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other video editing software.
- Additional skills in 3D software such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or Maya are a plus.
- A portfolio showcasing expertise in motion design and visual storytelling.
- Ability to create high-quality logo animations, animated infographics, or explainer videos.
- Creative, innovative, and detail-oriented with a passion for producing animation content.
- Able to work well in a team and accept constructive feedback.
- Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
- Understanding of animation trends, UI/UX motion design principles, and digital marketing content needs.
