Job Description
- Manage and oversee the execution of digital marketing projects from start to finish, ensuring they align with objectives, budgets, and deadlines.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations, providing regular updates on project progress.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, technical, and others) to ensure everyone works according to plan.
- Develop project timelines, identify potential risks, and take proactive measures to address obstacles.
- Supervise resource allocation for projects and ensure efficiency in execution.
- Ensure the quality of project outcomes meets the standards agreed upon with clients.
- Analyze project performance data and create post-project reports for internal evaluation and client review.
- Maintain good relationships with clients and provide recommendations for future project development.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in digital marketing to implement relevant solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, particularly in the digital marketing industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with teams and clients.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience using project management tools like Trello, Asana, or Jira. • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to make decisions quickly.
- In-depth understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, digital advertising, and social media.
- Strong leadership skills to motivate teams and ensure projects are completed on target.
- Flexible and adaptable to meet dynamic client needs and changes in project scope.
